V-Tuft abrasive filament brushes are designed for moderate to aggressive burr removal, edge radiusing, and CNC deburring applications requiring increased cutting action and filament density. The tightly packed filament design helps prevent the brush from conforming around the burr, allowing for more aggressive deburring performance on harder materials and demanding applications.
Commonly used in CNC machining centers, robotic deburring systems, and automated deburring equipment, V-Tuft brushes are particularly effective for aggressive burr removal and consistent edge preparation on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, powdered metal, and fine-blanked components.
