Return policy

Equipment Returns

• All equipment sales are final.
• Bel Air reserves the right to refuse any return request.
• In special cases, unused stock equipment may be returnable with a 15% restocking credit (i.e., an 85% restocking fee retained by Bel Air).

Consumables, Media & Supplies

• All consumable and media sales are final.
• In special cases, unopened stock consumables may be returnable with a 25% restocking fee.
• Opened or used media/compounds are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization No product may be returned without an RMA (Return Material Authorization) issued by Bel Air. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at customer expense.
