Tufted (DOT) abrasive filament brushes are designed for light burr removal, sharp edge removal, and general CNC deburring applications. The flexible filament design conforms to part geometry for controlled, repeatable deburring across a wide range of machined components.
Commonly used in CNC machining centers and automated deburring applications, these brushes are particularly effective for aluminum machining, edge preparation, and light burr removal without significantly altering part geometry.

Application Notes:
- Designed for CNC machining center deburring of aluminum parts.
- Ideal for removing light, loose burrs and sharp edges.
- 8", 10", and 12" brushes are also suitable for dedicated deburring equipment and backup plate/motor setups.
- Recommended engagement: 0.015"–0.125".
- Recommended feed rate: 30–60 in/min.
- 3" & 4": Compatible with FM-DBR-0583500 Drive Arbor.
- 5" & 6": Compatible with FM-DBR-0583600 Drive Arbor.
- 8": Compatible with FM-DBR-0583700 Drive Arbor.
- 10" & 12": Use with backup plate.
