In-Machine Deburring & Surface Improvement for CNC Applications

Stem-Mounted End abrasive filament brushes are designed for in-machine deburring, hole deburring, internal feature deburring, and surface improvement applications in CNC machining environments. The compact stem-mounted design allows the brush to reach smaller openings and difficult-to-access areas while providing controlled deburring performance and consistent edge quality.

Commonly used in CNC machining centers, robotic deburring systems, and automated edge finishing applications, Stem-Mounted End Brushes are particularly effective for moderate burr removal, surface conditioning, and precision deburring within internal geometries and machined features.

Common Applications

  • Hole deburring
  • Internal feature deburring
  • Surface improvement
